Overview

We do not offer refunds for our items, as we donate all profits to charity. However, if you receive a defective item and would like an exchange, please contact [email protected] within 30 days of your purchase.

To be eligible for an exchange for a defective item, please send proof of the defect along with your receipt or proof of purchase.

Please note that shipping and handling fees are non-refundable, and we do not accept order cancellations.

All direct donations (no product sales) are non-refundable.

Purchases

You must provide complete and accurate details at the time of making your purchase. You may be required to provide additional details upon our request to ensure the accuracy of your order. You must enter the correct delivery address and delivery instructions at the time of placing your order. 

If you enter an incorrect shipping address, Lavender + Lab Coats is not obliged to re-send the order to the correct address at our own expense. Once your order is confirmed, we are not obliged to make any changes or cancellations.

Shipping

Once items leave our facility, we are not responsible for items lost, missing, or damaged by the carrier. Please choose the priority mail option at checkout for up to $50 insurance in the rare instance that your order is lost, missing, or damaged. 

You may file a claim with USPS here (priority mail only): https://www.usps.com/help/claims.htm. All claims are customers’ responsibility with the carrier. We do not respond to shipping claims sent to us.

International taxes and duties are the sole responsibility of the customer. 

Returns and Replacement

If you are dissatisfied with your item or if you have any problems with your order, please contact [email protected]

If you receive a defective item, please contact [email protected] and ship the order back. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your replacement.

If you are approved, then your replacement will be processed. You can expect to receive your replacement within 30 days of the replacement being approved.

Late or missing exchanges

If you haven’t received your replacement item after 45 days from the day the exchange was approved, please contact [email protected] with the subject line [MISSING ITEM].

Sale items

Only regular priced items may be eligible for exchanges. Sale items cannot be refunded.

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your return.

Shipping returns

To return your product, please contact [email protected] for the shipping address.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Cancellations

Lavender + Lab Coats reserves the right to cancel orders at any time without prior notice. This includes the right to cancel your order after it has been submitted due to inaccuracies on our site, incorrect payment information, insufficient shipping information, and/or suspected fraudulent information. 

You will not be entitled to claim any additional amounts or seek compensation for any loss, expense or damage (either direct or consequential) or for any loss of time or inconvenience, which may result from such cancellation.
